• What is the intention of this hubzilla server?
  • so, Hubzilla is the decentralised social network software that runs this platform
  • and Hubzilla is arguably one of the most powerful social network platforms, so it had become time to try it out seriously
  • the intention with this server is on the one hand to experiment, study and learn about hubzilla; on the other it is our intention to connect with people about the possibilities for commonification of relevant resources and projects we see around us
  • note that this Hubzilla instance allows connections from other social network servers like Mastodon and other Fediverse instances, including Diaspora and of course other Hubzilla servers. For full participation, a Hubzilla account is needed.
• To get started:
  1. register an account at this hubzilla site or authenticate with an account from another one
  2. connect to the About@commoni.fi group space, we'll approve you and you'll get participation rights
  3. speak up in this group, share projects and resources, describe your interests and skills, add bookmarks, contribute to the wiki, ...
  4. get to know the space (hubzilla) and the people, connect to the wider fediverse, the social network we are all part of.
